What brought you to Flybits?
The opportunity to have real impact in a small, nimble organization, and be part of one of the fastest growing segments in the market. The intersection of tech and finance is probably the most exciting space to be right now, and will become increasingly so over the next decade.
What’s one of the biggest challenges you face in your role?
Identifying where to invest my time is one of my biggest challenges, though it’s also what makes the job fulfilling. The sky’s the limit for what could be worked on. It feels good to have the autonomy to prioritize my own time and see the direct impact of where I decide to invest it.
If you could write a book about your life, what would the title be and why?
The title would be “Don’t read this book”. Everything I know was gleaned from great people who came before me. Go read their books!
Who inspires you?
People who can distinguish between what is right and what is popular. And specifically those who are brave enough to act in accordance with the former.
What advice would you give to your teenage self?
Invest everything in bitcoin in 2009 and unload it in 2017.
