What brought you here?
I am incredibly passionate about using data to create more human experiences.
Flybits has captured the ability to deliver true in-the-moment personalization that is relevant and contextual in a way that makes it easy for financial institutions to scale easily and quickly. In my 16+ years in the financial services industry, I believe what we are doing is truly a game changer, and I’m excited to be part of the team making it happen.

How do you think Flybits will change in the next 5 years?
Flybits is uniquely positioned to be at the forefront of bringing banks into the customer experience realm of the leading tech companies. We will grow quickly with our clients and help them to bring innovation and collaboration across institutions and industries to become central to their customers’ lives. As such, the pace of innovation will only continue to accelerate.

What are you learning right now?
I enjoy learning about how our clients needs and challenges are evolving, especially in this unprecedented time of disruption to our ‘normal lives’. Seeing how companies are adapting to our new normal and delivering value to their customers in ways they previously thought impossible is helping to show the way to accelerate digital change across the industry.

What attracts you to your current role?
I enjoy having a role that’s multifaceted; working with clients in addition to our engineers, product team, and partnerships role has really been a rewarding experience. I like feeling the energy and having the ability to bring together all of these facets to help Flybits and our customers thrive.

There’s no reason we can’t laugh, enjoy, and add some levity into everything we do; it makes all of our experiences more human and connected.

What’s your approach to learning?
For my own learning, sink-or-swim has always worked best for me. I like being thrown into problems or challenges I’ve never faced before and figuring them out.

How would you describe yourself?
I try to have fun with whatever I’m doing – whether it’s working with a client to identify ways to deliver personalization, or evolving our product to continuously add value to what we do. There’s no reason we can’t laugh, enjoy, and add some levity into everything we do; it makes all of our experiences more human and connected.

What do you bring to the table?
Prior to Flybits, I spent most of my career in an Advisory capacity to senior Executives at financial institutions looking at how to improve customer experience & engagement using data and analytics. Through this process, I developed a deep knowledge and understanding of the problems and challenges facing companies in the industry and a realistic view of how they can get from where they are today to where they need to be in the future.
