Why did you join Flybits?
I was looking for an opportunity to work for a team where I would have the opportunity to have a wide range of responsibilities and be pushed to develop new skills. Additionally, I was very intrigued by the product and wanted to contribute to its growth in shaping customer experiences in financial services.
What’s the biggest misconception people have about your position?
A lot of the time when people think about Marketing Operations, they see it as strictly about data and numbers. While that is a big component, there is a high level of creativity involved that I feel is often overlooked. While there are clear-cut goals to the tasks and initiatives, the different approaches of getting there are endless. This leaves a ton of room for collaboration with other team members and creative “outside-the-box” thinking.

Learning new languages.
